FAQs. One of the greatest benefits of the Web is the ability for users to find the answers to their questions immediately. Just about every good site that provides content has a section for the most frequently asked questions, the problem generally is maintaining this area. iGrOOps uses the FAQ Manager which allows the admin team, even the members (at the administrator’s option) to create and maintain FAQs for the groop using a convenient web interface.

Members can also comment on the FAQs giving other members even more insight and helpful advice. The user interface allows for easy browsing and searching for entered FAQs.

Access Options*:

• Administrators: view and create FAQs
• Select Members of the Administration Team: view and create FAQs
• Members: view FAQs / create FAQs / no access
• Select Visitors: view FAQs / no access
• All Visitors: view FAQs / no access
• World: view FAQs / no access

* iGrOOps applications can be set up with access options, to give your iGrOOps the control and privacy that works best for you. By default, administrators (the main administrator and all members of the "administration committee") will always have full access to all applications. The administrators can define which members of the administration team have admin access for each application. Members are registered and approved members of your iGrOOp. Visitors are registered members with iGrOOps.com but NOT a member of your iGrOOp. For each application that allows it, you can choose to give ALL visitors access, or only those whom you specify. The world is any user who is not registered with iGrOOps.com or not logged in.
